Two experienced consultants, Roy Batterham and Colleen Johnson, formed a partnership in 2003 to create Plexus Consulting. We are based in Melbourne. We have undertaken many projects with a range of agencies (government, government funded and not-for-profit) in the public, health and community service sectors, and in both rural and metropolitan areas. We have extensive experience, inter alia, in regional service delivery, Divisions of General Practice, and the mental health, disability and palliative care
